Solution
The issue was resolved as follows:
- The 'User Permission' report was successfully added to PPM Express Power BI reports through an update.
- Instructions on how to update Power BI reports to see the new changes were provided to the customer, with a reference to the PPM Express Power BI reports configuration documentation.
- The customer confirmed that after updating the Power BI reports, the new access and authorizations reports met their needs and gave their approval to close the ticket.
- The PPM Express Support Team closed the ticket following the customer's confirmation and informed the customer that they could reopen the ticket if needed or contact support for any further difficulties.
