Problem
The customer wishes to recover and delete an existing free PPM account in their organization's environment in order to start from scratch and eventually transform it into a premium account.
The customer has contacted support to facilitate this change.
Solution
The PPM Express Team has transferred the ownership of the PPMX tenant to the new owner, the instructions on How to delete PPM Express tenant to delete the current tenant.
- After deletion is complete, the customer will be able to re-create the tenant from scratch if desired.
The customer is advised to reach out if any additional help is required or if there are further questions. The support team has followed up with reminders to ensure the customer received the necessary information and to confirm if any additional assistance is needed or if the ticket can be closed as resolved.
The customer is also informed that if no response is provided within 5 calendar days, the system may automatically close the ticket.
