Projects synchronization failed

Problem
The customer was receiving daily warnings indicating that the synchronization of projects in PPM Express had failed.
Solution
The PPM Express Support Team identified the issue as being caused by an expired authentication token. The solution was as follows:
- Verify that the authentication token is currently valid and that projects are synchronizing properly.
- Since the projects are now synchronizing without issues, monitor for any further failures and ensure the token remains valid.
- If the issue was related to the frequency or reception of notification emails, the customer can adjust these settings following the steps in the PPM Express settings for sync:
- Visit the Projects sync status to review the synchronization process.
