Transferring account ownership
Problem
The customer, who is the owner of the PPM Express service, reported that their access was revoked due to the lack of a license. Solution

- It was suggested that the issue may stem from actions by other users with 'Administrate app' permissions.
- The customer was advised to double-check with the users, who were identified as having 'Administrate app' permissions in the tenant.
- The customer contacted the users and had the administrative rights restored successfully.
- PPM Express explained that access is only available to users with an assigned license and that permissions are directly linked to these licenses, according to the PPM Express system design.
